1. Euro sham: A decorative pillow covering which fits a
 26” x 26” European Square pillow. It is usually finished with a flange.
 The sham closure features an opening tucked between two overlapping 
pieces of fabric. Euro Shams are placed behind the standard size pillow 
shams or cases as a background or placed in front of the cases and 
shams. They often coordinate with either the Duvet Cover or the 
Coverlet.
2. Standard Sham: A decorative pillow covering which fits a
 standard pillow. Standard Shams may either be placed behind or in front
 of the pillows used to sleep on. They are placed behind the cases in 
our bed illustration.
3. Standard Case: A slipcover for your standard or queen pillow.
4..Boudoir Sham: A small rectangular decorative pillow covering that fits  a 12” x 16” boudoir pillow.
5. Neckroll Sham: A cylindrical decorative covering for a neckroll or bolster pillow.
6. Flat Sheet: This is also referred to as the top 
sheet. In most cases, this is the item closest to you and the fitted 
sheet. It is typically placed between the coverlet and the fitted sheet 
then folded over the coverlet.
7. Coverlet: A bed cover with sides that hang over 
the bed. Coverlets are typically in pique or matelassé fabric and goes 
on top of the flat sheet.
8. Duvet Cover: A decorative and protective covering for a duvet.
9. Fitted Sheet: This is the sheet used to fit tightly over a mattress. Matouk Fitted Sheets are stocked with 17” deep pockets.
10. Bed Skirt: A 
decorative piece used to cover the boxspring and legs of the bed. Bed 
Skirts fit between the mattress and boxspring. They may either be 
finished with decking or panels.
